Mt. Kailash Tour (14) Days

Day 01 : Kathmandu - Nylam (3900m)
Early morning drive for 5 hours to Kodari, the Nepal / Tibet border town. After completion of the immigration formalities we drive further to Zhangmu where we go through the immigration formalities again with the Chinese Authorities. From Zhangmu we drive further for  2.5 hours to Nylam. Overnight in Guest House.
Day 02 : Nylam
 Rest day for acclimatization. Overnight in Guest House
Day 03 : Nylam- Saga (4640m)
Drive from Nylam to Saga for 9 hours (230km) Overnight in Camp.
Day 04 : Saga - Paryang (4540m)
 
Drive from Saga to Paryang for 9 hours (230km). Overnight in Camp.
Day 05 : Paryang - Mansarovar (4700m) 
 Drive from Paryang to Manasarovar for 9 hours (240km). Overnight in camp.
Day 06 : Rest day at Mansarovar (4700m)
Offer morning prayers. On this day after lunch you will drive around Manasarovar Lake for 3 - 4 hours for the Parikrama during which you will also visit the Chu- Gomba. Overnight in camp in Manasarovar.
Day 07 : Mansarovar - Astapath - Dirapuk
 Drive to Astapath for 2 and 1/2 hours. Then trek to Dirapuk for 5 hours. Overnight in Camp.
Day 08 : Dirapuk- Zutulpuk
Continue Parikarma over Dolma Pass (5650m) to Zuthul Puk, which might take 8 - 9 hrs walk. Overnight in camp.
Day 09 : Zutulpuk- Darchen - Mansarovar 
 Kora ends near Darchen which will take 5 hours walk. Then drive to Manasarovar. Overnight in camp.
Day 10 : Mansarovar - Paryang (4540m)
 Drive from Mansarovar to Paryang for 8 - 9 hours. Overnight in Camp.
Day 11 : Paryang - Saga (4640m)
 Drive from Paryang to Saga for 8 - 9 hours. Overnight in camp.
Day 12 : Saga - Nylam (3900m)
 Drive from Saga to Nylam for 8 - 9 hours. Overnight in Guest House.
Day 13 : Nylam - Zhangmu- Last Resort
Drive to Zhangmu for 2 & 1/2 hours and complete the immigration formalities at the Chinese side. Drive further to Kodari and complete the immigration formalities at the Nepalese side. Then you will drive further to the Last Resort. Overnight in the Last Resort.
Day 14 : Last Resort- Kathmandu
Drive from Last Resort to Kathmamdu for 4 hours (100km).

Mt. Kailash Tour (18) Days

Day 01 : Kathmandu - Nylam (3900m)

Day 10 : Mansarovar - Paryang (4540m)
 Drive from Mansarovar to Paryang for 8 - 9 hours. Overnight in Camp.
Day 11 : Paryang - Saga (4640m)
 Drive from Paryang to Saga for 8 - 9 hours. Overnight in camp. 
Day 12 : Saga - Lhatse (4050m)
Drive from Saga to Lhatse for 9 hours. Overnight in Guest house.
Day 13 : Lhatse - Sakya - Xigatse (3900m)
 Drive from Lhatse to Sakya and visit the Sakya Monastery. After lunch drive further to Xigatse for 3.5 hours. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 14 : Xigatse - Gyantse (3950m)
After breakfast we visit the famous Tashi Lumpo Monastery and the local Xigatse bazaar. After lunch you will drive for 1 hour to Gyantse and visit the Palkhor Monastery and the Khumbum stupa. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 15 : Gyantse - Lhasa (3650m)
Drive from Gyantse to Lhasa via Yamdrok Tso Lake and the Khambala pass (5200m) for  8 hours. Overnight in Hotel Day 16-17 Lhasa.  These two days you will have extensive sightseeing of the Potala Palace, the Jokhang Temple, surrounding Barkhor market area, Drepung and Sera monasteries. Overnight in Hotel.
Day18:Lhasa Kathmandu In the morning after breakfast 1 hour drive to Gonggar Airport. Bid farewell to the Holy City and fly back to Kathmandu.
